Imam Abū Muḥammad Khalaf ibn Hishām al-Bazzār al-Baghdādī (d. 229 AH / Baghdad, Iraq)
The tenth canonical reader who also served as the primary narrator for Imam Ḥamzah. In his own independent Qirā’ah, he chose intermediate phonetic options that unified Kufan and Madinan elements.
