Ya‘qub (Jacob) يعقوب
عليه السلام
Ya‘qub عليه السلام, also known as Israel, was the father of Yusuf and his brothers. He taught his family to remain devoted to Allah and displayed beautiful patience through the long separation from Yusuf. His grief was real, but it never became despair in Allah.
